The first international global conference on education in the outskirts of cities has commenced.

In collaboration between Alnoor University and Talafar University, the First International Scientific Conference on "Enhancing Educational Outcomes in the Outskirts of Cities: Challenges and Opportunities for Sustainable Development" began on Sunday, November 17, 2024.
he conference opened with a speech by Professor Dr. Abdul Aziz Ahmed Aziz, President of Talafar University, who emphasized the importance of the conference's theme. This was followed by a significant address from Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hijar, President of Alnoor University. Then, Professor Dr. Fathi Taha Mishal delivered a speech on behalf of the National Council for Programmatic Academic Accreditation of Educational Colleges. Professor Dr. Khazal Fathi Zidan, Dean of the Faculty of Education at Alnoor University, gave a speech on behalf of the organizing committee. Following these speeches, a panel discussion was held, moderated by Assistant Lecturer Nahidh Al-Ramadhani, Director of the Department of Cultural and Artistic Student Activities. The panel included the Presidents of Alnoor University and Talafar University, the representative of the National Council for Academic Accreditation, and the Deans of the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Arts at Alnoor University.
