In collaboration between the University of Alnoor and the University of Alhamdaniya, the proceedings of the Second Annual Scientific Sports Conference commenced in the halls of the University of Alnoor on Wednesday morning, 8 April 2026, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Yassin Taha Alhajjar, President of the University of Alnoor, and Prof. Dr. Neshat Mubarak, President of the University of Alhamdaniya. The conference is held under the theme: (Sports Sciences and Physical Education and their Role in Quality of Life and Sports Sustainability)Opening speeches were delivered by the presidents of both universities, the Head of the Department of Physical Education at the University of Alnoor, the Assistant Dean of the College of Physical Education at the University of Alhamdaniya, and the President of the International Federation of Sports Psychology. This was followed by the screening of two introductory videos about the participating universities, after which medals were awarded to the distinguished figures of the conference. The conference was attended by Prof. Dr. Wadih Yassin, a prominent sports figure, along with the vice presidents of the participating universities and the deans of their relevant colleges.
