A faculty member at Alnoor University publishes a scientific research paper in a peer-reviewed Iraqi journal

Assistant Professor Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Saeed Rashid Altaie The Head of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Department at Alnoor University published a scientific research paper in the Journal of the University of Dhi Qar for Physical Education Sciences, issued by the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, entitled “The Optimistic Athletic Personality and Its Relationship with Psychological Resilience among Players of Alnoor University Sports Teams.” The optimistic athletic personality is considered a temperamental trait that mediates the relationship between external events and an individual’s interpretation of them. It includes cognitive, emotional, and motivational components, as individuals with higher levels of this personality tend to use better coping strategies and demonstrate greater perseverance and success.
