As part of the preparations to hold an International Conference on Physical Education and Sports Sciences, a joint coordination meeting was held on Sunday morning, 11/1/2026, between Alnoor University and Alhamdaniya University, which was represented by the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Dr. Rabee Hazem Salman.
The delegation of Alhamdaniya University was received by Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdulwahab, Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs; Prof. Dr. Munir Albadrani, Scientific Advisor to the President of the University; Prof. Dr. Nazem Shakir Alwattar, Head of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences; and Dr. Mohammed Abduljabbar Yahya, Rapporteur of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences.
They were later met by the President of Alnoor University, Prof. Dr. Yassin Taha Alhajjar. The meeting then commenced with discussions focusing on the logistical and organizational aspects of the conference. The discussions also addressed the formation of the scientific and organizing committees, the mechanisms of work for each committee, as well as a number of other details related to the conference proceedings, in order to ensure its success and the achievement of its scientific objectives.
