A new research paper in the field of sports psychology has been published by a faculty member at Alnoor University.

A research paper by Dr. Ahmed Saeed rashid ALtaee Director of the Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance at the Presidency of Alnoor University, has been published in the Journal of Studies and Research in Physical Education, issued by the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basrah. The paper is titled: "Self-Advocacy and Its Relationship to Psychological Hardiness Among Anoor University Sports Teams Players in Nineveh Governorate." The research emphasizes that the concept of self-advocacy in general is one of the most important topics addressed by sports psychology, as it is considered a personal skill possessed by Al-Noor University athletes. The study aims to understand the various aspects of their personalities, work on strengthening them, and help players learn how to defend themselves clearly and assertively, make independent and informed decisions without external influence, and express their inner thoughts freely and honestly, without fear or criticism.
