A lecture on the role of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in building the individual and society at Alnoor University

The Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the College of Education, Alnoor University, organized a scientific lecture on the morning of Saturday, February 14, 2026, titled (Physical Education and Sports Sciences and Their Role in Building the Individual and the University Community) The lecture was delivered by Dr. Muhammad Abdul Jabbar Yahya, the department coordinator, who discussed the importance of physical activity in enhancing students’ physical and mental health, its role in fostering a sense of belonging and cooperation within the university environment, as well as its contribution to preparing a conscious generation with values and positive behaviors that support the progress of society.
