Alnoor University and Alhamdaniya University cooperate to hold a global conference on the English language

In the framework of promoting joint scientific and academic cooperation, the 4th International Scientific Conference on the English Language is being held, in collaboration between Alnoor University through the Departments of English and Translation in the Colleges of Education and Arts and Alhamdania University through the Department of English in the College of Education. The conference, titled (New Horizons in Applied Linguistics) will take place on February 1–2, 2026, with the participation of a distinguished group of academics and specialized researchers from Iraq and abroad. It aims to discuss the latest studies and scientific trends in the fields of applied linguistics, English language teaching, and translation. This conference comes as part of supporting scientific research, exchanging academic expertise, and enhancing the role of Iraqi universities in engaging with global scientific experiences.
