The study indicated that various and multiple adapted physical and sports activities including educational, spiritual, and competitive ones can be practiced by all segments of society, from children to the elderly, from healthy individuals to persons with disabilities, from patients to healthy people, and from ordinary individuals to high-level athletes. These physical and sports activities are behaviors undertaken by individuals for work, recreation, therapy, or prevention, whether planned or spontaneous. There is no doubt that practicing them has positive effects on an individual’s physical, psychological, social, mental, and economic health, especially for persons with disabilities and special groups.
