Instructors from Alnoor University participate in a Certified Trainer Program for Developing Soft Skills

As part of Alnoor University’s ongoing efforts to support academic development and human capacity building, a number of the university’s faculty members participated in the “Certified Trainer Preparation Program in Soft Skills Development” organized by the Northern Technical University from December 21 to 24, 2025, in the presence of Professor Dr. Alyaa Abbas Alattar, the University President, with the program attended by: Lecturer Dr. Mohammad Abdul-Jabbar The faculty member Yahya from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the College of Education, and Dr. Asmaa Yousif Dhanoon, a faculty member at the College of Dentistry, participated in the program, which was delivered by a distinguished group of academics and experts, led by Professor Ali bin Hamad Al Badi, Dean of the College of the Gulf in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, and Dr. Taqi bin Abdul Redha Alabdawani, CEO of the International Institute for Training and Institutional Development, alongside Dr. Mohammed Alazzawi. The program included a comprehensive training schedule combining interactive lectures and practical applications, contributing to enhancing participants’ skills in training and soft skills development, and enabling them to transfer the acquired expertise to their educational institutions. This participation reflects Alnoor University’s commitment to developing the competencies of its teaching staff and keeping pace with the requirements of modern education, thereby contributing to the advancement of the educational process and supporting sustainable institutional development.
