Student Jawal Haiman Evan Ibrahim Behnam from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the College of Education, Alnoor University, is participating in the 31st Arab Scout Conference, which will be held in the United Arab Emirates from 21–11/9/2025, as part of the delegation of the Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
This participation comes to represent Alnoor University in Arab and international forums, and to enhance the presence of its students in scouting activities that contribute to developing leadership skills, teamwork, and openness to Arab experiences.
