The President of Alnoor University honors the Scouts and Girl Guides team in appreciation of their excellence in the university scouting camp
Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Alhajjar, President of Alnoor University, honored the university’s Scouts and Guides team in appreciation of their excellence and for achieving first place in the university scouting camp that was held in Kirkuk Province, with wide participation from public and private universities from across Iraq
This honor was presented in the presence of the Dean of the College of Education, the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, the Head of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, the Director of the Student Activities Department, and the heads of divisions and staff in the Student Activities Department, who praised the team’s outstanding performance during their participation and the spirit of high discipline, as well as the scouting and organizational skills they demonstrated, reflecting the prestigious level that Alnoor University has reached in the field of student activities
The university president affirmed that this recognition comes as part of the university’s approach to supporting and encouraging outstanding students in various extracurricular activities, due to their effective role in developing students’ personalities, honing their leadership and social skills, and enhancing the spirit of teamwork, belonging, and responsibility. The achievement of the Scouts and Guides team is considered a qualitative addition to the university’s record, which is full of successes and excellence in university forums, and it reflects the bright image of its students in creativity, discipline, and teamwork.
