Meeting of the staff of 'Alnoor Center for Linguistics' with the Assistant President of Alnoor University for Scientific Affairs

The staff of the Alnoor Center for Linguistics held a meeting with the Scientific Assistant to the Presidency of Alnoor University Professor Dr. Ismail Abdulwahhab Ismailand in the presence of Dr.Mohammed Basil Qasim Yahya The center's director, with the aim of establishing a working mechanism and a strategic plan to launch the operations of this research center, held a meeting during which the staff reviewed initial proposals related to linguistic studies. They emphasized the need for the studies to comprehensively and accurately address linguistic and heritage aspects, as well as the importance of openness to modern technologies and the integration of artificial intelligence in the service of linguistic sciences and teaching methods. They also discussed organizing cultural events that strengthen international partnerships and support scientific research and training pathways in the fields of translation and linguistic communication.
And the inclusion of a dedicated axis for research and investigation into ancient Iraqi languages and the highlighting of their civilizational and scientific value. The attendees emphasized the importance of the center being a reputable research platform that keeps pace with global scientific developments and contributes to strengthening linguistic and cultural identity, while remaining open to international academic partnerships.
