
In the presence of Dr. Bashar Mahmoud Ali, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alnoor University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ismail Abdul Wahab, Assistant to the President of the University for Scientific Affairs, and as part of the university's efforts to attract prominent Arab figures with significant achievements, renowned Lebanese poet and media figure Zahi Wahbi visited Alnoor University. The event was coordinated with the Beitna Foundation, the university's cultural, social, and heritage arm. Zahi Wahbi delivered a lecture titled *"Media Transformations: From the Age of Print Journalism to the Digital Revolution."* The lecture was introduced to the university's staff and students by Iraqi storyteller and media figure Thamer Maiouf, the university's media advisor. A video showcasing key moments from the guest poet's life and artistic achievements was then presented. Following this, a rich cultural dialogue took place between Zahi Wahbi and the attendees, during which he read some of his poems. The session was also attended by the deans of the Faculties of Engineering, Education, and Arts at the university.
