A seminar on social stigma was held at Alnoor University

On Thursday, November 28, 2024, the Continuing Education Seminar titled *"Social Stigma and Its Impact on the Individual and Society"* was organized by the Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance at Alnoor University. The seminar was supervised by Dr. Ahmed Saeed Rashid, Head of the Department. The seminar began with a lecture on the concept of social stigma, followed by Assistant Lecturer Asmaa Khalil Ibrahim, who discussed the different types of social stigma. Assistant Lecturer Roaa Fares Mohammed then addressed the factors that can prevent social stigma. This seminar marked the final part of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Week held by the Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance at Alnoor University.
