Based on the university\u2019s mission to prepare solid and well-qualified scientific cadres, the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences assumes an active academic and educational role in qualifying specialized staff who possess scientific knowledge and practical skills, and who contribute to the development of the sports and educational sectors and to serving the community.<\/p>

The department is keen to adopt modern scientific curricula that combine both theoretical and practical aspects and align with quality standards and academic accreditation. It also supports scientific research and encourages scientific and sports activities that enhance students\u2019 abilities and provide them with the required professional experience.<\/p>

The department is also committed to instilling authentic university values and promoting the principles of discipline, responsibility, and institutional work in a way that achieves educational outcomes capable of meeting labor market requirements and keeping pace with scientific developments in the fields of physical education and sports sciences.<\/p>

The Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences dates back to its establishment in 2013. It admits students from various pathways who have completed their secondary education in both morning and evening studies.
